    Morning.
Had a water line inside my washing machine let go last night when I was doing laundry.
Amazing how much water puked out in less than 10 minutes.
All cleaned up and fans and dehumidifiers running full throttle.

I'll start ripping it apart after several more cups of coffee.

    That sucks.
We had something similar happen at our old house; the washer was in the cellar so we had a sump pump in a box that boosted the water up to the drain pipe. The float switch failed in the sump pump and the entire load's worth of water went all over the cellar instead.
So we decided that when we finally build, the laundry room is getting tile floors and wainscoting, with a drain in the floor, in case something like that happens again.

Kind of defeats the purpose of a lightweight short barreled, close quarters turdy/turdy carbine.
Open sights are best on that type of rifle. If scoped, a low power fixed or variable in a much smaller package would balance it out.

If I may add, it's sporting a Chinese scope.
Optics are one of the few things in life that you get what you pay for, IMHO of course.

Exactly. My Marlin 336 in .35 has a 4x Bushnell scope with see-thru mounts, because 75% of the time with a .35 or a 30-30 you're in close enough that the irons are better than a scope, and they're faster to acquire a sight picture with. I've got the scope zeroed at 100 yards, and anything inside of that I'll use the irons.
With the ballistics on a 30-30, anything that's far enough away to need a 9X scope is well outside of your effective range anyway.

Hey guys I need help with my civic. I'm getting ready to sell it and just got some basic service done to it. I have a high pitch screech after I've been driving for a bit. At low speed I can hear it real good, but it goes away when I brake. I asked the shop to look at it while they were working on my car and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I don't want someone to test drive it and think something's wrong with it

Front brakes and rotors are about a year old
