Well since I just started beach body, and already seeing results, I'd say yes.

YEE HAW, added about 500 calories this morning (mostly in protein in the form of Dannon 000 but, also had berries, bran and nuts) and worked in an extra mile of XC and still did full work out. Felt great when I was done!

Tried the BMI Vortex yesterday and it worked pretty good....until I got caught up in a conversation for like 20 mins about halfway through my workout, so it wore off. Gonna try it again tomorrow for lower b and keep my damn mouth shut and lift lol

Also, the banana creme ON whey is off da chaaaaaaaain!

Also part two, I got a body fat caliper for free with my order and did it twice and the first read said 11% and the second said 12%. I know they're not extremely accurate, but going off that, my mirror guestimate, as well as the electric grip things, I think it's safe to say I'm around 12% right now, which is meh...still no 6 pack, still no extreme vascularity unless I'm lifting, but I do have good separation in my tris, bis, and shoulders and my legs look better than they ever have. Still going for 9-10% though

Calipers are pretty accurate if you have experience with them and know what ur doing i can take pretty good readings on people. Unfourtunatly you cant do it on yourself accuratly and i have a pair of bb.com calipers there not verry good compared to my otheres. I also realy prefer the 5 point JP test over the 3 point DW test. Which one did you use

Fiancee just called and wants to go to this new pizza place that opened right down the road tonight. It's too damn early in the weekend to be wasting my cheat meal! Although, a buffalo chicken, pepperoni, and green olive pizza would be fucking amaaaazing......says the guy who wants to get to single digit bf :anonymous:

This was a 4 point test and I had my fiancee do it. It was on the bicep, pelvis, shoulder blade, and tricep. The thing we couldn't figure out was if you were supposed to squeeze really hard or stop squeezing as soon as you meet resistance :notsure: I did both and that's why I got an 11% and 12% reading.

the reason i like the 5 point is because it takes a leg reading. Also if you didnt know dont take the reading flexing some people say it doesnt matter but i always get a way lower reading flexing. You should just go do a hydro static weighing there cheap

Damn man good deal! I'm in the 13% range and have about the same situation as far as how defined I am tho my back could use some extra work. Those last few percentage points are a bitch for me. For some reason my appetite went nuts when I hit the 13% range.

What are you weighing? Do you carry some mass?

I'm 181 right now. I was 209 in Dec and probably 20% bodyfat. I've lost a lot of strength on bench press, but that's about it. My squat has actually gone up and my deadlift is the same. In Dec, my bench max was 315, squat was 315, and deadlift was 435. Now, my bench is probably in the 290-300 range, squat is in the 320-330 range, and deadlift is about the same. I feel better bigger, but I look better now than I did. I feel like 85-90% of the 29 lbs I've lost has been fat, since I'm cutting at like a 400 calorie deficit. After I get to around 170, I'm gonna lean bulk forever until I get to about 220.

Right on Zack, thanks. I'm all about gaining some LEAN mass. With my 13ish% we are both carring about the same amount of fat...21 pounds or so. Of course I'm in the low 150s for weight (& only 5-9) so 21 pounds of fat on me looks different than on you.

I have been partying hard and working even harder this summer. Between everything I haven't much time to work out but I often head into the garage to do some high rep squat sets with 135-185. Typically I will do some lunges after and then occasionally a quick set of bench and curls. I have been running 2-3 miles every other day but have been stuffing my face so I don't lose my fat just yet.

I finally ordered a new pack that can handle 100+ lb loads so come Monday I can ditch the crappy packs I have been using and actually get some training done.

Last night the workmates and I went out to celebrate the birthday of the greatest state to ever exist. The girl I am currently seeing devoured a large pizza with me. She had half and I had half. She might be a keeper.
