Thanks man. Yea it was a PITA. Especially the driver side. Some of the bolts look impossible to get to. Glad it's over with! Now time to enjoy them.

Removed my bed to look in my tank and see why my fuel was cutting out. The plug on the fuel pump somehow worked itself loose. That solved part of the problem but I still have surging at 2000 rpm.

If I ever get my tube bender done, maybe. I found a couple built axles I would like to buy, but I don't know.

Looks like I need some spacers. I'm just barely rubbing my resivor in the front. What's a good spacer brand and the smallest size I can get?

I recently had the same type of thing. My truck would jerk at like 2000-2500 rpms. I could see on my sg the timing would drop to like 0 or sometimes negative numbers. That's what was causing the jerk. Now what was making the Ecu retard the timing that much for a short period of time is beyond me. Fortunately, the jerking slowly got better and went away. No clue why. Have you checked to see what the timings like when it jerks?

Don't know if I will keep this bumper, but it fits for a baseline.

Has anyone ever made there own spring pack from stock springs? I took my truck to toyota today and it failed the frame inspection. They will be putting a new leaf pack in and I was wondering if I could add my old leaves into that to maybe obtain a little lift and load capacity?

As im sound matting virtually the whole interior, should i still keep these foam blocks in? What are the areas i should be sure to apply matting to?

Those mats are Toyota's way of trying to deaden the resonating sheet metal on the outside of that large void. If you can get the deadening mat inside of that void and cover at least 80% of the surface that would significantly cut down on the noise. If you have ensolite as part of your deadening kit, then cut a 6x6" piece and put it directly behind the speaker magnet. That will help with the back wave created by the woofer and tighten up your bass and make it sound quite a bit better.
