    I herniated a disc at L5 a few years ago. I went to physical therapy for two months. My therapist was one of my customers at my gym so he continued to work with me after my PT was over. Rest and therapy healed it enough that it didn't hurt all the time after 4 months, but I still couldn't lift. I bough a reverse hyper from rogue fitness. Hands down the best $1,000 I've ever spent. Used it religiously for a couple months. It completely healed my back. If you can find access to one give it a shot after you get over the "being hurt" stage and get into the "getting back to 100%" stage. I know it sucks, good luck.

    Ok. @Skootter14 @Newlife i cut some switch mounts. What i have decided to do is leave the middle uncut so that way you guys can do what ever switch configuration you want to do.

    Yes. With the stronger springs it will help prevent extreme body roll. You will still have body roll but very manageable with the springs

    Did you order the switch mount that the switches snap into? If so, you can line it up on the foam, press it down to make the marks, then you can cut it with a bix cutter. But if you still want me to do it, that's no problem.

    Just kill yourself. Life is much easier that way
    Listen to these guys. 700# springs are much more stout then stock and will help with the body roll. Valving your shocks a lil stiffer on compression will help as well but hurt you offroad. People are scared to take their sway bars off thinking the truck will just be unmanageable on the street, which may be the case on stock suspension. You on the other hand are putting on fantastic suspension that is suited much better for running no sway bar. I also find it quite pointless to have bought the suspension for off road use and leave the sway bar on as it greatly hinders the ability of those kings to perform the way they were built.

    Just take the fucking sway bar off
