    I would love to work on my own truck and save all that extra labor money and time and do it myself (heck I cut the cats out of my Chevy, replaced the fuel pump, did maintenance and put a new hub on) only issue is I don't really have any tools to do it myself. My dad lives 3 hours away and he has/had all the tools I used when I had the Chevy.

    Anyone know where to get plasti dip around here other than black? I've been getting it at wal mart but they only have black, white, and glossifier. Lowes and Home Depot only had black. I'm looking for the true metallic aluminum one. It's pretty spot on with silver streak mica...looked online and the only place I see that has it is dipyourcar.com but they want $9 to ship a $5 can...no thanks...

    I've used both but when I did my valence last year Home Depot didn't have plasti dip so I went with flexidip and I didn't notice any difference.

    I literally just watched paint dry on YouTube watching a guy compare the two. They looked pretty identical except that the flexi needed an extra coat to equal the coverage of the plasti.

    Checked there first, no go on the aluminum :(
