I ended up with a sunburn on my shins because I neglected to put sunblock on them before I went paddling.

 

Doubt it was the sun, probably the stress from having to white-girl represent

 

1) get in that closed kayak instead
2) hang your legs over the side and put your feet into the water. Looking like a wounded seal in the open water never hurt anyone,,, killed a few maybe....

 

1) No. I like how much beer I can carry with the SOT.

2)I tried doing that but found it to be a little harder to paddle.

I realized I didn't apply any when I was halfway out. I said eff it because I didn't want to go back and waste time on the water.

 

I didn't even have starbucks

 

I almost ended up buying a yak this weekend. SOT is the way to go.

 

We have a SOT and a SI. It's a good combo.

I'm looking for one easy to throw in the back of the truck to take fishing, load down with decoys and hunting stuff, and could load with camping gear for a trip. SOT is the best fit for all that. I'm just too cheap to pull the trigger on a new one.

 

I think I'm one of the few to buy a fishing kayak with the intent of not fishing.

 

You should be able find some good deals on Craigslist and Texas Kayak Fisherman.

 

You should buy my boat instead of a kayak. Or a yak. I'm not sure why you'd want to buy a yak in the first place.



Unless the yak you're referring to is the aircraft.
