Right on man. My goal is to be 8 to 10% but I'd like to gain mass instead of loosing the 7 to 10 pounds. I think it would be easier to loose the fat than gain the lean & like I said, I am encouraged.

I've been eating as much high protein, quality stuff as I can eat (like enough to make me too full) and avoiding shit food (most of the time) but show little results.

My diet's been shit the last couple weeks. But, especially bad the last few days. I think I'm gonna cut for another 4 weeks and then start the bulk. My goal is to get to 175, as lean as possible. This one might take a while.

    Damn. "Fairly lean?" Haha.

I didn't know there were so many of us in here at 5'7"-5'9" 145-160 lbs.

What are you guys' lifting numbers?

6 - 7% is awesome man hell I'd be very pleased with Dericks 10%.

    And at both your weights.

Derick on bench I'm maxing in the mid 2s depending on the day. Curls are 90 depending on the day, tricep is 110ish, lat pulls are my body weight unless I wanna get fancy and strap down then is a little hight. Reverse butterfly (an admitted weak spot) 100...legs are a different story and better even after a good XC run.

    Where you at?

Where am I at with my numbers?

    Bench 300
    Squat 315 (Embarrassing)
    Deadlift 385

Or if you meant where am I at in general...I'm in Blue Ridge, GA.

Same here I kinda steered clear of this area for a while b/c I pretty much thought I was not really qualified for the fitness section. I'm the little guy at work too man. Lots of cats are 2x my size.

It's there. It's not great. I've had better abs in my life. I never work them, though. That would probably help a little.

Cool cool. I've got vertical lines from the top of my hip bone to the bottom of my ribs on both sides & diagonal lines above & below my belt line running above and parallel to my hip bone in the front and some veins but ZERO hotizontal cuts. I do sit ups with weight on my chest & 3 different resisted ab crunches...I've gotta get the BF down.

Best program I've followed is called "Down and Up Mass"
it's a program by Jim Stoppani
it's especially cool once you read/understand what goes into a program to maximize efficiency as to prevent any kind of plateau, and get the gains you want while cutting the fat!
