I don't think he was being sarcastic, or douchey. He was merely pointing out the fact that there actually IS a difference. Ask any BMW enthusiast.

I think YOU need to get over yourself for taking it so personally.

    Have a nice day.

Worcester Police arrested an 18-year-old alleged drunk driver after he rolled his truck onto an officer’s cruiser on Sunday morning.

Jimmy Ngo, of Worcester, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger, and red light violation and speeding after he allegedly cruised through an intersection, flipped his vehicle, and landed on top of a parked police car nearby.

According to police reports, while participating in the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” program, to crackdown on impaired driving throughout the state, a Worcester police officer was parked idly on Main Street, just after 1 a.m., when he observed the following:

A red pick-up truck [was] traveling at a high rate of speed, south on Main Street. The officer estimated the truck’s speed in excess of 50 MPH. The operator of the truck disregarded the red light and entered the intersection. The truck collided with a Ford Focus that was traveling west bound. The impact of the collision caused the truck to roll onto its roof and slide an additional 110 feet. The sliding truck struck the parked police cruiser, completed its roll, and landed on top of the hood of the cruiser in the up-right position.

There were no injuries reported. The officer was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation and released a short time later. Ngo was arraigned on Monday at the Worcester County District Courthouse.
