    That's just for it assembled, they want another $200 if I drive there and have them install it or $1075 and then they'll refund me the $400 when they get my diff.

    It takes about an hour to change the rear diff out. But I will say ecgs definitely has held up good and stand by their warranty 100%

    I am the best ..... At everything ..... Except setting up gears ......
    Yeah I wouldn't pay for anyone to install an assembled pumpkin. As Levi said, it takes an hour by yourself to install the rear diff. Its kinda heavy so an extra person helps but I did it by myself the night before the Windrock trip

    Not sure yet. Guy gave me close to what I was asking and loved the truck. he served in the military, really cool guy. I'm sure he'll be on the forum pretty soon. I was happy with the price, knew if I kept waiting that I wouldn't be able to get that money out of it again. Whatever I get next, it won't be lifted haha.

    Looks like thats the plan then. Is there a break-in for gears? Like have to change it after 50 miles, then 500 or something?

    And is there a chance that I may get an LSD out of this? Because didn't some of the trucks come with a mechanical lsd or was that all electrical?
