    I get your frustration. Look at it like this...

    Gunny seems to work a full time job at camelback toyota. So on top of filling orders for the techs at the back counter as well as all the other stuff (wholesale, returns, warranty crap, front counter sales and advice) he is basically giving us all a shortcut and A DISCOUNT to the parts we inquire about. He doesn't have to do this for any of us. The fact that he replies in less than an hour to each and every question we have (except yours) is amazing! You can't find service like that from much less busy businesses.

    You did come across as a little pushy and impatient (east coast thing?) about your question. Look at the page count of this thread. Not surprising things may slip through the cracks.
