Where are the mounting the bar? It would look cool on the bumper in between the pods.

It's gonna go on the bumper, the pods will be put in the bumper, or on ditch light brackets.

Got it mounted and tested tonight, gonna try to do the wiring sometime soon, not sure when I'll have time though.
I also need to pull the front bumper, touch up a few places, weld up a small hole on the of the tubes, clean up a rust spot, install the winch (whenever it gets ordered and arrives), cut the holes in the bumper for the "fog" lights whenever we get the plasma cutter, and I want to add some Amber running lights on the outside edges of the bumper.

Also I need to figure out what I want to do for an ACC fuse block, my current wiring needs to be cleaned up.

Oh the crap I need to do when I have time.....

Ordering a blue sea fusebox tonight to clean up my wiring.
I'm gonna move the factory fuse box to make room for the blue sea box along with the solenoid box for the winch, lots of wiring ahead to keep me busy.
Maybe it'll motivate me to clean up my engine bay though, it needs to be sprayed with simple green or purple power and pressure washed.

Thanks, I love it, the height is perfect, the truck is just about dead level without the winch, the ride is great sans swaybar, and it still corners very well.

I really have to stop spending money to save up for spacers on the front (Will probably do all 4 but still undecided) and some 285's.

Gonna visit the local tint shop soon and check on 30% and 35% tint for the front windows and talking to the local LEO's about 3M windshield tint (90% transparency).

Sweet! I want to add my OME 10MM spacer up front so its more level, sits with to much rake for me now.

Good to hear about the sway bar, something ive always thought about doing...

I wasn't planning on dropping the swaybar but I was installing the drivers side suspension and had to remove the swaybar link to lower the control arm to install the coil and I decided I would just pull it off and stick it back on if I wasn't happy with the handling.

Let me know what you find out about the windsheild tint. I really want to tint mine when I get a new windsheild but I'm not sure how cops around here will feel about it.

I do know that anything visually tinted will most likely get you pulled over, MHP is very strict with that.
I was told that they would check for me but I showed them a picture of it factory and then tinted and they said you wouldn't be able to tell that it was tinted if I got my tint windows tinted.

So no 50% on the shield. Lol. I'd like 80-85%

You might get away with 85%, most likely your attitude with the officer and his attitude for the day will decided everything.
I'm still waiting to hear back.

These BFG's are a hair smaller diameter and .6" narrower than the 285 guard dogs that I want to get, they look massive.

From august of '13, still on the list.
Now I have the ability to build some though, it may get done by the end of the year.

    I do to
Got the bracket installed this evening with my light bar switch in it, really happy with how it sits, I just need to clean up the wiring a little (daisy chain ground and power).
    image.jpg image.jpg
Also drove 2 hours on the interstate and watched my trans temp, I either need to hurry up with my 5spd swap or install an aux trans cooler.

I've got parts piling up and no time to install them.

Gotta clock the winch so I can use the free spool control on the drum.
Mount winch solenoid in waterproof box.
Cut hole in top of bumper for winch remote plug.
Cut holes in bumper for fog lights.
Wire solenoid for in cab controls and plug.

Make mount plate for Bluesea systems fuse block and breaker
    install said components.

And figure out what I want to do for strobe/marker lights.
