:D Do cab mount chop, bang down the pinch weld, and trim some of the fender liner plastic up front if you don't have an aftermarket bumper and its still there. Then 285s should fit just fine.

Why are you cutting for 33's though? You should be good with a minor Cmc and a slight bit off your flare

Apparently no one noticed the 285/75 part... these are 34s. Likely you can get away without cutting the fender... maybe... only way to know is to mount, remove coil over and cycle...

I'm betting on having to cut the fender. I missed the 75 part as well.

    33.9 according to Toyo...

Just trying to get everything together. Got my eye on some of that fancy trim offered in another thread and I've dipped into more builds than I can possibly remember. Also my boy Loco is on the other side of the country so I can't take advantage of his attention to detail and care.

    Buy once, cry once
    Cut once,???

    Cut once no regrets ..

If you have the right bs on your wheels you could miss the fender and just remove / massage the plastic liner

I'm on 295/75/16. CMC as far back as possible (just in case you go up to 35's in the future :D), trim fenders and fender flares, and depending on UCA's and backspacing of wheels, you might need spacers. I rubbed my TC ucas with 4.5'' backspacing so needed 3/4'' spacers. I am VERY close to the top of the inner fender well at full bump as well, but lucked out and only had to smash the pinch weld in a small section.

Going with some 1st gen Tundra 17s that I scored on a trade for my OR 16s
    Diameter: 17
    Width: 7.5
    Offset: 57mm

Jumping to 17s to eliminate the 1.5" spacers I need to clear my spindle gussets and the secondary mount on my LCAs. Im looking to do something like the insain fab CMC.
What tricks did you guys use to keep the line clean on the fender?

I did the same thing for the fenders as I did below for the flares. Tape em off, mark the line and cut them off.
