    On the rear, did you take the flare off, cut the bed side, then cut the flare, then reinstall?? I want the SAME LOOK but dont know how you did it. did you use a axle grinder, sawzaw, or what?!?! Great job cutting those.

    Also, my ARB compressor pump kit, inflator gauge, and the compressor arrives tomorrow I think...now if only I new how to hook it up..haha

    I used a cutting wheel similar to this one. Luckily a buddy of mine has a lot of tools he doesn't mind letting me use. I took the flares off and marked 2" across the fenders and bedsides and cut them. This is the tool I made to keep the same distance on each cut. It's just a paint stick with a hole drilled in the bottom and another hole drilled 2" further up from the first. One sharpie in the bottom hole to keep against the bottom of the fender and the other hole to place the sharpie that will actually mark the line to cut on.

    Adam: I also think a sawzaw would be terrible bc the sheet metal is so thin, im afraid the flex will give terrible edges.....I havnt decided how I want to crack that egg yet.
