Read through many pages here and below is how I progressed and resolved
Before: 2012 4x4, 15k miles, Eibachs 1.6" & bilsteins at .85, Toytec 1.5 AAL with TSB - NO vibrations until I was rear ended months ago
: removed eibachs and set billies at 1.75, Vibration continued
    : removed AAL, Vibration continued
: set billies at .85, vibration gone at 40 MPH
    Back to stock, almost.

Did this on Saturday past. Was very straight forward, just let go the tie rod end, sway bar link and two bolts that connect to the lower ball joint and swung everything out of the way. Biggest problem was the ECGS puller tool was too big to fit in to get the needle bearing out. I had to grind it down bit by bit to get it to fit, that took the longest of anything. All told, took about 2 hours. Of course now my ABS light is coming on intermittently.

My puller tool is now for sale if anyone needs one. I won't need it again (hopefully).

Check to make sure the ABS sensor is plugged in correctly, or not damaged.

The thing is i didn't removed it during the install, so I figure the wire must have gotten stretched or something.

Anybody know the correct size of the bearing race driver to use for installing the ECGS bushing? I am trying to make sure I have all the parts and tools together before I attempt this repair.

Looking for the puller tool if anyone has one for sale or as a pass on? No matter how I get one I will be passing it back along to another TW member in this thread once done with it. Will order one soon if nobody has one to pass along.

Installed my bushing yesterday evening. Took me 4 hours to replace the bushing and put a couple small spacers above my struts.. The hardest part for me was getting the new seal back in. I have heard something about pvc being used for this.. That would have been nice..
I'm not sure if it got rid of all my vibrations but it helped a lot. Now I just need to figure out my other minor vibes..

I will add if you can't pop your cv out with your crow bar then your crow bar is to small or weak.

I had about a 4 foot pry bar and couldn't get mine to budge. Ending up using an offset prybar and a 4 pound hammer with a short handle to hit it from the passenger side to free it up. 5 years in the northeast really made it seize on

I was using a 3 ft crow bar and banging on it with the shock hammer but couldn't get it to budge cuZ it was flexing to much and not transferring enough energy. I got my hands on one a little shorter but thicker and it came off after my second hit.

You guys see a lot of salt on the roads over there? My trucks 8 years old living in the northwest and I'm surprised at how good of shape everything is with all these frame recalls and what not.image.jpg

haha yeah its pretty bad here. My ARB struts rusted up so bad in a year and a half I ended up replacing them. My frame is ok since I sand and touch up any areas that are rusting i can get to

Alright im starting to panic. I cant for the life of me get the threaded rod to thread on the nut inside the diff. It keeps popping off when I start to tighten the puller nut. No way it can be stripped at this point but after trying for 30 min, im at a loss. Now i have the nut inside the diff with no way to pull it or the needle bearing out... ideas?
