No concerns here. These guys have been awesome setting this up for us. Could care less if the parts arrive a little late, you can't beat the deal they made us.

 

I'm not in any hurry at all... Just like to keep up with what's going on.

I would like to give Tracy a huge shout out for all the help she has given me, and apparently everyone else on here. Thank you Tracy and AllPro Off Road.

Couple notes for the driveway mechanics. Passenger side is a pain in the ass by yourself, but can be done.

Secondly, if installing a lift as well make sure you have enough jack left to get the tire back on. About to find out if I do or not.

I would show you a picture of mine during install, but the amount of rust would make your eyes bleed. You'd need a tetanus shot.

 

I'm 99% done, need to pull the passenger tire in the morning, tighten the stabilizer link, put the rubber flaps back on and give them all some grease.

Toyota sucks, I used to do alignments and front end work for a living and I have to say this is the first Tacoma I have messed with. That single bolt crap is the dumbest thing I have ever seen, ever. If you've watched the total chaos install video, don't get your hopes up if this is your first go around. For the driver side, I ended up pulling the grill off and getting a long pry bar through a hole in the front to tap the bolt back through.

If it wasn't for those two bolts it would be rather painless.

Thirdly, not sure how common it is, but my truck is 18 months old and the amount of corrosion/rust on the stock coilover studs is ridiculous even if I am in the rust belt. It's almost as if there is a corrosive reaction going on between the stock studs and nuts. I would bet within 3 years they would have rotted away enough to where they would have snapped trying to remove.

I have the Doug Thorley long tubes and Y pipe with the Borla exhaust system. Sounds great and is awesome. If you do this make sure to get the O2 Sensor bypass module.
