2008 taco with 250,000 +

Over the weekend my 2008 taco pasted the 250,000 mark!
Another 250,000 to go!

My 08 hit 150k this weekend

 

We will not talk about wheel bearings front or back.
Mostly stock just some interior upgrades from this great site!
I did however had to replace the rear leaf springs ( local spring shop).

 

Hit 130K last week in my 08. Do you have the v6 or the 4cyl?

how much was it to replace the rear wheel bearings and when did those go out??

 

I try to forget the most painful bills, I don't remember honestly.
I did get a couple done under the extended warranty.

That's awesome. At the rate I'm going it'll take me almost 20 years to get that many miles. I drive my truck for pleasure since I'm fortunate enough to have an assigned vehicle for work.

 

I've almost put 1k miles on my 08 since getting it in April. Total mileage is almost 47k.

 

we have a customer at my shop that has 275k+ on his 08.... he says only thing he changes is the oil and tires and brakes once.... its basically why i started to steer towards buying a tacoma

 

I have 86k on my 08 & right rear wheel bearing went out around 79k. Cost was a little over $700 at a local shop, dealer quoted more.

 

just hit 253500 on my 08. but thats kms not miles.

 

Is replacing wheel bearings not an easy thing to do?
