    To be fair, both I and my brother had similar shipping issues on items around $100 each. We both asked how to ship 2nd item back if it showed up and Amazon reps told us both to not worry about it.

    Its very common. They had this flashlight listed as "special sale, a set of two flashlights", it was actually only one flashlight in the package, emailed Amazon asking where my second flashlight is, they said sorry here's your money back keep the flashlight. I then did that 6 more times and got six free flashlights, because they had not changed the description.
