Added my Homelink receiver in the headliner and debadged the tail gate. Minor things for now.

I wonder how those mirrors are with other people's high beams. Also, that Taco needs some maintenance.

    Not enough...
Nah. Definitely something minor. But I just managed to consistently reproduce it.

    1. Start the engine
    2. Put into any gear
    3. If the steering wheel is straight, turn left or right 10 degrees.

Pretty sure it did start doing it after i went mudding few months ago.

Funny thing, I haven't opened the hood after going mudding. Then couple of weeks ago went camping, opened the hood to connect my 1000w inverter to the battery, so i don't have to run the engine to charge my phone with the OEM inverter..... and almost pissed myself laughing. It looked like this:

    I see.
But I removed the heat shield on mine and then it started to rattle on cold starts then now it rattles all the time :pout: I'm pretty sure it's the rear driver cat going out

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
Time for racing Y pipe. Rear cats are for sissies (and those that live in places with super lame inspections).

Could be an 8 year 80k warranty. I don't think it was 8 years unlimited mileage. Bummer.

    Not enough...
Aaaand I think I just fixed it. It was, indeed, a rock inside a driver side cat heat shield (#9 on the diagram). Forced it out with a high pressure water
Can't believe the dealer could not get it figured out... or that I didn't figure it myself earlier.

TBH I think rattles that aren't component failures probably don't get that much attention by service departments on trucks.

    Could be wrong.

The shield around my rear driver cat rattled so I ripped off the rusted clamp and put a hose clamp on it
