Alright, so my TRD Sport linear coils arrived today. I'm super stoked about getting them put on, but I need some help determining which one goes on which side. One coil is a bluish color over yellow. The other coil is a pink over purple. Which spring goes on the driver side, so the taco lean doesn't appear? Any help is appreciated!

I took mine off the other day and the coil with the blue and yellow paint spots was on the passenger side.

No instructions included? Ask the vendor?

The colors can be deciphered and that's what you'll need to do.

First reply was the answer. There are other colors and color combos so try following his advice first.

I thought the yellow side was supposed to always be on the driver side, but now I'm not sure. The yellow one seems to be a bit longer, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

You'll know when they're installed if they're backwards. If worse comes to worse.

Yeah, I'm having an off-road shop install them when they do my shocks either tomorrow or Friday. They came off a 2015. Where do you find the color codes?

I haven't noticed a specific thread about them. But you're one of a thousand who have asked which colors go on which side and there has been multiple colors and color combos. A bit of a box of worms.

    I would makes a thread titled "2015
TRD Sport Help" and see if an owner can check their coils on the same truck, same year and give a definitive answer at least in one case.

And do it in the suspension forum.

That's what I'm starting to realize. You believe the yellow one goes on the passenger side though?

    Gotcha.

So maybe contact a friendly vendor? Or the manuf. ?

You know what I must be drunk so don't even listen to me. I went to the garage to look at my coils and neither of them have blue/yellow spots.

This is what I was talking about earlier re: colors and color combos being a box of worms.
