We're getting closer! I'm going to use the next week of driving to determine which profile to go with. The driver side is definitely getting the dual profile, just haven't figured out the passenger side yet.

I installed the other two sets of samples on two completely different rigs this evening. Those two drivers will be giving me some unbiased feedback shortly.

Who wants their mirrors for free?

I need a good name for these things. Aspherical wide angle side mirrors, isn't going to cut it. That's a good description, but it certainly won't work for marketing. So here's the deal, spit out what you think will be a good name, and if I end up using your suggestion I'll send you your mirrors free of charge.

    How's that sound?

I've got more of a blind spot with my "racing" seat than before, on the driver side. That coupled with the Gascan Oakleys makes the blind spot worse. I have to rubber-neck like an ostrich. On the first drive with these this morning, I already feel more confident in about the driver side blind spot. I found myself much more confident about if vehicles were in my blind spot, or not.

I'm liking these suggestions guys, keep em coming. I'm leaning towards something that's short and descriptive. In my mind the EasyView mirrors are in the lead so far. :D

    What about WideShots?
or, WideShot Mirros? As a brand name, I think it's both simple yet descriptive...

I agree with you about alignment of mirrors to eliminate blind spots but not on the stick-on concave. I tried all sort of stick-ons with all different sizes and shapes but still didn't help for night driving, especially on the passenger side. The image you see on the mirror is very confusing with all the light reflection on it. The driver's side wasn't too bad since it's a lot closer to the driver but I usually never have a problem with driver's side. It's a lot easier to just turn your head over for a quick glance comparing to turning over your shoulder for the passenger's side.

By the way, anyone thought of Wideview or Superview?

You just touched on an interesting fact. In the euro market these mirrors are only offered for the driver side since that's where the worst blindspot exists.

Glancing to your right to check your blind spot is much easier than checking the driver side blind spot. I'm making a matched pair for both sides, but it will be up to the end user as to whether they install both mirrors. If you feel you just need the driver side, then that's the only one you need to install.

I just requested an invoice from my supplier, so we're getting close.

Definitely interested in these if they come with the heater option installed. How much is that adding to the cost?
