Honestly Steve was the farthest thing from an idiot when he built that business to wear it is when he left he had more money then he knew what to do with and I bet his entire family never will have to work for generations

I'm thinking your issue with your music is probably from lack of knowledge versus the actual phone's fault. I've got music that I've ripped myself using CDEX over the past decade that has been on several computers now without issue. I keep it stored, organized, and backed up on the computer. I have had little quirks with iTunes doubling my music files, but that was a settings issue that was easily resolved.

Couldn't stand putting up with an Apple for another year. Shopped around, got a new Samsung Galaxy for -$25. Yes. They paid me $25 for a brand new phone. :) Little bit of social skills go a long way.
So far it's perfect. The texting is extremely smooth and intelligent. The customizability is fantastic, not looking back.

Once you put L Ron Hubbard and Scientology & Jobs/Apple side by side and start looking at them, you'll start seeing some pretty fun creepiness emerge

One is an outright bullshit scam job for $ by way of religion and brainwashing. The other is...well, I mean, Apple isn't a religion per se, as in it hasn't tried for tax exempt status YET, but otherwise...

Just turn off "iCloud music library". You can then put any music on

I had an iPhone, switched to android and went right back to iOS. Apple beats everything IMO. Unless we're talking desktop PCs. I got a Dell laptop my freshman year of high school and it lasted me maybe until the end of my sophomore year. It basically turned into a desktop because the battery life was so bad. I got a Macbook Pro as my graduation present so I could do music production, and it kicks the hell out of any PC that I've used. Sure it may not be the most powerful, but it's the most practical. Flash based memory, reopen all the files that I was working on when I shut down, aluminum chassis, extremely long battery life and quick charge. That's what I value. Yeah, their products are expensive, but this computer is going to last till the end of college and beyond. I had a Samsung Galaxy, and 6 months in, it barely worked. It was my first high end phone and I babied that thing. It still rotted out on me. It died for good from me picking it up one day with sweaty palms and it shut off. Hell, my buddy has had 4 in the past 3 years. I've had the same iPhone for 2 years and it's still going strong. Keep in mind that I've dropped this thing in the mud, concrete, you name it. I even lost it one winter night in a bog, I came back at daylight and got it, still works. You pay more to do less on an iPhone, but it works. Everything is universal in iOS, meanwhile each different android is running a slight variation of Android OS. But do I agree with you when you say that they are greedy and crooked? Yes I sure do.

You can't beat iMessage when you don't have service..... My house is a black hole... Every android phone that comes into my house has to go right back out to make a call or text... All I got to do is make a call using FaceTime or The Voice only system....

Or the frequency of "hey why are you going outside?!?" "The person I am trying to call or text doesn't have an iPhone."
Or you have to break up any message longer then 4 sentences into for different messages because of the android system....
I could also care less about jail breaking a phone.. A phone is a phone and I use it as that... Tapatalk, iMessage and phones. 96% of the time.. Heck if my wife didn't make me have a cell for work. I would probably still use my Land line..

Yesterday someone in the valley cut the fiber optic phone lines and people were angry they couldn't use their technology.... I got a Hamm radio if I really need to get 911 to my house...
Our society is way to dependent on technology.

I bet anyone of you couldn't go a week with out your cell phone... I went ~5 months with out one.. My wife made me get one before I went to RT...
Green text is bad... Blue is good... :)

At least you got the message.....My iPhone6 has been randomly not getting calls/text/voicemail until hours or even days later....:annoyed:
And it's not a carrier issue, it's the phone. Drops calls, rings once then sends people to voicemail, all kinds of dumb shit. And this is with 2-4 bars of LTE service. My Galaxy on the same network sitting feet away will still get calls/messages instantly and call quality is perfect.
