Its so wierd how some trucks look like they have been lifted, and others dont lol. I feel like mine looks like it's on stock suspension in the front. Hopefully my AAL helps.

has anyone with the upgraded Baja/TX/TRD Pro suspension tried using OME Dakars with that set-up? I've heard mixed opinions on whether that is too much lift for the rear shocks to handle or not, so I was hoping someone else may have experience with this

    thanks!

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I know some people have put dakkars in the baja. I gave considered it myself many times but due to cost I still run aal

I have the Icon 3 leaf AAL, but with my new sliders, extra spare and a bunch of camping gear I'm sagging like a gangsta

I don't know how similar that is to my wheelers 3 leaf but it didn't work for me either.

    I went with a single 2 inch

Sorry, did not read through all 30 pages of this thread....

What is the biggest tire I can go with while using OEM suspension on a Baja?

Was also thinking about getting some spacers to make them sit wider... but not sure if its a good idea or not. I have an extended warranty, so don't want the dealer giving me shit about "non-OEM equipment" fucking my shit up.

That is one of the reasons I removed my TX sticker... :)

I feel your pain on the Baja VIN issue also. My dealer is constantly telling me I have a DCSB base when I take it in for service or warranty stuff. I wonder if that could possibly hurt the value for someone trying to trade their Baja for a Pro (or something)? NC recently valued by Baja for tags purposes well below what the value should be because of the VIN not reflecting what the truck actually is. I guess that could be a hidden benefit for saving money on annual taxes/tags.

I kind of like that the PRO package comes with no stickers at all..

I also really liked that 2012 red Baja with the huge stickers

Maybe Ill remove my TX sticker this weekend...

I also like the big sticker on the 12-13 red baja. looks good with red/black. even the black black looks sharp. black on white is just a tramp stamp.

Going to try an interesting suspension setup. Im going to install the Wheelers Progressive 3 pack AAL, remove the factory overload, and install the firestone airbag's with cups.

Wonder what a baja sticker on an inferno would look like

You know I was really wishing that someone had drawn up the logo so i could print it off in like gun metal or something. Gun metal might look nice on white since it already comes with gun metal wheels.

I got a custom badge from Toyota of mexico or something where they would give you the badge for whatever name you request. I requested TX BAJA, so I might debadge my tailgate minus the TRD badge and stick the TX BAJA where the Tacoma bed badge is... least its something lol.

I like the red TRD badge in the tailgate. Makes it stand out from the rest of the mortals. muahahahah

Would not mind swapping "TX Baja Series" on the side panels, and I was lucky enough not have the huge-ass BAJA sticker on the sides, so I got that going for me :)

If it was red I like the huge ass sticker. The others I don't really. . Black is cool because its subdued, white is too much contrast for me.

The stickers I found the part number for once..

And the TRD badge on the pro is cool.

I didn't like the small TX Baja sticker because it was easily confused with the TX Pro which was not anything but looks different from a normal Tacoma.

TRD badge on a Baja and PRO looks the same (EDIT, nvm, PRO says TRDpro. Baja says TRD), just different colors. From what I understand PRO = Baja, minus the clock under the stereo, side stickers and plus a new grille. Everything else is identical

Well springs up front and shock valving is a little different. Also the springs lower perch is different on the coilover between the two. And on the rear the pro has a rubber coating on the remote reservoir lines.

Baja got stickers, and trd badge. PRO only has trd pro badge

Baja 6spd gets quick shifter in the ones I saw, pro just gets the knob.

Pro gets grill, blackout lights, navigation, and floormats.. also Inferno color is available. And of course the hood scoop on the pro.

I don't have an offroad sway bar laying around anymore but I am fairly convinced the PRO gets a sport swaybar and the Baja had an offroad swaybar. The sports is a little bigger than the offroads.

The biggest difference is the Baja package was a TX deal added to a base/offroad and the PRO is a TRD package by Vin number.

Pro also got the Sport hoodscooped hood, turn signal mirrors (which I miss the most) and the color matched door handles.
