    That is the freaking truth. Been there, done that, it sucks. Last bad get off I had cost me not only a shit load of road rash but one of the four ligaments in my rotator cuff. Ask me to lift anything over 2 lbs with my right arm sometime. It's good for a laugh.

    Hope your friend is nothing more then road rash though. When you think about how bad it could be, always brings you back to reality.
