Used Tacoma - too many kms / miles?

Hi all,
Never owned a Tacoma but have always wanted one. The time is near with a growing family and my GTI is just a bit too cramped.

I've been looking at some used Tacomas in the 2010-2012 years. Some have over 100k kms on them. Should i stay away? The ones with the higher mileage seem to fall closer to my price range of 23-25k.

dont know why nobody has answered but Im pretty sure most would say no, dont shy away. These trucks just go and go and go. If its in good shape, fairly priced, then go for it.

 

I have a 2010 with 105k on it. I have not had a bit of trouble with it (knock on wood). I change the oil every 5k and just now changed the original spark plugs and front brakes. I hope to get another 100k out of it.

 

wow. my 2010 only has 46k. I got some driving to do.

 

I didn't think high kms would be that much of an issue with these trucks. Are any years better than others in the 2009-2012 range?
