I've been running 87 in mine and notice no difference at all. Ultraguage says 19.6 average. Best was 23.5 on my Maine trip last year (with street tires).
I know mileage dropped a tad with the KO2's. Heading to Maine again around Labor day, so I'll get another average.

 

The 07-09 call for premium, post 2010 don't. You can run 87 in then just fine. However it'll be more prone to pulling timing to prevent knock, especially when it's hot out, since they are tuned to utilize the all of the octane in premium grade gas.

 

What tire's are those? Are they the worn BFG's

i was in nc so i didn't think i was allowed to post here anymore hehe. flew into charlotte around 10pm monday, worked all day tuesday and wednesday, then flew back late wednesday night. happy to be working from home today

I'll be happy when it's done. Just a pain in the ass till then. The ceiling was murder, at least the walls are a little easier in that we have barnboard up all around so easy to drive the screws. My 2nd week off this summer and it's all I've done both weeks is work on this shit.

Me and the wife, yup. It's not as tough as it seems..remember 11 yrs ago I couldn't do more than drive nails in terms of home repair. She's forgotten more than I can ever learn about it.

We did the demo but for one countertop, that's where the sink is. Gonna have the counters and cabinets done, have someone plaster, then hang ceiling/paint/tile.
