Yep, it's an SR5 with bedside TSS decals, wheels/tires and sometimes tube steps.

Maybe bring it back and see what you'd get for trading it in for the same truck w/ 4wd.

Hit report. Type in wrong section. Move on with your day.

Correcting a new member with a smug semblance of a shit eating grin isn't needed.

    See. Act. Disappear.

Now enjoy the rest of the forum.

Read whatever attitude you want into my post letting OP know he was in the wrong thread. Getting it moved helps him out.

If a 2016 becomes my 3rd Tacoma I'll try to keep my posts to a minimum.

I guess I'll see how I fair with this one. I put the led's, just ordered by bull nose, got my stereo installed. Plus I already put 2700 miles in a month and a half lol.

Don't trade it yet. Next time on sand, air down your tires to 20psi. I'd recommend having a way to air them back up, unless there is a gas station nearby. 20 psi is reasonable for travelling short distances on road. You'll likely be impressed how much better the truck performs aired down.

The only Tacoma to buy is the 4x4 off road, you never have any worries out in the wild or in sand.

I will try that. I can buy one of those pumps that connects to 12v. They seem pretty inexpensive

There's a good one used by many folks on here. I don't remember what it is, but it costs about $60 and some people have been using theirs for years. If you read some of the OBA threads, someone inevitably chimes in about buying a $60 compressor at the local auto parts store.

Thought about this one just cause it's digital and shuts off automatically at the given psi.

    Huh?

I wasn't knocking you. I just said it will be slow to inflate your truck tires. For a Civic, no problem.

Been there. Done that. Spent better money elsewhere as a result. Go nuts.

Oh no man. I know you weren't knocking me for it and appreciate the advice. I always make decisions like that. In this case I saw "digital" and the number of stars so "it's gotta be good right"

Along with airing down, momentum is going to be your friend... If you need to stop, make sure it's in the more compacted areas and not uphill.

I used to take my first gen Prerunner out to Pismo all the time, once you get the hang of it you won't get stuck very easily.

Am I the only one enjoying the fact that there at two completely different conversations happening in this thread?
