    Hi,
I think I have my new covers OK in the back seat, it's a double cab 2013 Tacoma. But I wasn't sure now if the part of the rear seat you sit on "locks" into place when you put it down or if the grey strap just helps you pull it up?

I know the back rest you sit against locks in and that's fine. They seem OK, but a little "loose"?

Then on the front, they told me to fold the bottom flap backwards on the seat, so it goes behind the cover, is that what everyone does? And then the straps, does it matter if you put the long one across first or the shorter straps? Vertical/horizontal? :)

    These are nice!

Bottom of rear seat never snaps into place. It just settles. No concern there.

On the front seats I have the bottom flap folded back and up and its being held up inside the back of the seat cover. A year and a half later and no problems. You're good to go.

Let's see a pic of the configuration you chose.

I have a question did you guys cut the extra strap material, let it hang, or how did you address that? Mine are neatly folded and binder clipped down side if i ever need to tighten its going to be very hard. So kind of hoping that they dont become loose over time.

It's not a big deal. If you have to take them off to clean or if they become loose just get a woman to sew on a new length of strapping where you, in your shortsighted OCD'ness, trimmed them to make them look neat. That stuff is widely available and dirt cheap.
