I've only driven through MOAB and stopped for gas. Are you wanting to camp or stay in a hotel? Are there camp grounds with showers?

Several campgrounds with showers. When I go down there with the family we usually stay in the Canyonlands Campground in town near the City Market. They have full RV hooks, or tent sites or cabins with decent showers. Definitely makes it easier to be down there and comfortable.

Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Yeah tried that first! Messes with ground clearance and sticks up way too high. I've seen the pics and I gather that most use a 48" and park outside. I park inside every night and have an 8' tall door. So this works well.

Canyonlands Campground is my vote. Showers were great and location was good as well.

March 31st canyonlands opens. Mid May is the OE in Flagstaff. Be kinda cool to line up a trip to Moab that ends in Flagstaff.

    Just an idea...

Why do you say that? It was a lot of fun even though it was a snow/rain and soon after a mudfest this last May.

So titty bars aren't your thing either? It is like being teased, I agree. The ideas and info I got alone helped me make some decisions on my build which made it worth the 15$ admission and wading hrough the mud.
Much of the other stuff like workshops, test courses and wheeling was pretty screwed by the shift in weather this year. I'm hoping to actually be more apart of it next year.

Shit turbo is out way on the back burner. There is a monster pile of stuff before I even think about doing a turbo!

Like actually driving it... You will have to flush the fuel system because the fuel will go bad by the time you get it back on the road

Honestly, I'd rather save my money and look at titties online. Not like you can play with them either way...
