    I bounce it offa stuff.
URD Spec-U headers installed. Pain in the "D." Had to call a buddy over for driver side. Had to jack front end, disconnect drive shaft, remove hanger that bolts to collector flange and kick back on Y pipe while twisting and pushing header through the hole. Thats in addition to disconnecting steering shaft. Got to call URD tomorrow because O2 sims dont fit my sensors.

Sound is not noticeably louder in cab with an Aero 2525xl dumped behind axle. Butt dyno registered a little extra punch. All in all, happy with results.

How do you like that mounting spot? Trying to find a good spot for mine.

Finally finished up this mod today. Found a set of mid 70's Chevy 1/2 ton 5 leaf pack on craigslist and cleaned them up with a flap wheel. Primed them with 2 coats of Rustoleum primer and 2 coats of Rustoleum bed liner. These aren't rusting anytime soon. :D Also made custom leaf spring clamps via @4WD's method, worked out great. 3/8" of all thread with nylock nuts. Threw on the Toytec ubolt flip kit and tacked the OEM bump stops to the plate until I get a set of superbumps.

This is easily the best mod I've done to the suspension. I had the OEM non-tsb pack with a 1.5" Deaver AAL and the ride out back sucked. Just sucked. Wouldn't stay planted on the road, dirt and gravel roads would jar your fillings out, etc. Came out to 4" of lift with no weight in the back but plans for a HC rear bumper and spare so I assume it will settle over time.

Pics barely show the new ext. brake lines but they're in there.

Soon to be prepping for the BAMF shock relocation, 12" Kings, and a shackle flip.

Ordered some V-Bar tire chains in preparation of an epic backcountry Moose hunt this fall. I have chains already but they're the low profile diamond style ones that are designed for light truck hwy use. These things will be killer on unplowed, untraveled snow dumped icey forest service roads.

No. Sorry. Check out huntingbc.ca if you haven't yet. Usually lots of folks (and guides) with area knowledge who are very helpful.

Will do, I have "scouted" several areas while up there for vacation. I wish I could hunt by myself up there without needing a guide.

Taped the halos into the DTRL wiring. When I kick the blinker on, the DTRL and the Halos blink like I wanted, but at different rates. Anyone have any idea how to get them to match up?

Is your bumper bolted down on top of the stock one?

The ARB bumper requires cutting the stock bumper.

Probably so, it looks really clean. After thinking about it, there's no way the lower valence on our trucks would allow that bumper to be directly attached to it since it's so big.

Not sure, actually. Here's the company's info on the bumper. I think the shipping weight was somewhere around 125 lbs, but that would include the pallet. With a winch (and my 9.5K is substantial), lights, etc, it's pretty beefy, but that's just what I wanted.
