    I use a Yakima rack. Don't see a lot of them on here, but I'm a big fan. This is the third vehicle that I've had the same rack on now. Super durable, easy to remove if need be, and accessories for everything.

    I don't notice anything with the fairing on, or with a box/basket on (with or without fairing). If the bars are naked then yes there is wind noise. It's not super loud, but it's definitely noticeable. Love it though, it's a one time buy if you buy the q-tower setup. They use clips that can interchange from vehicle to vehicle (also great if you have more than one road trip vehicle).
