    This.

And I wouldn't sacrifice up travel for the benefit of down travel. Longer bumps isn't always a good answer.

kinda the only thing to do with longer shocks..

But yea, you have to cycle it and see.

.75'' can make or break it with those 5125s..

really the best thing to do is relocate shocks...

I'm not going to do rough wheeling or anything yet. I'll be mostly on pavement or dirt roads. Least with stock bumps but I might get some slightly bigger bumps before I do some rough stuff. I do like those fox or king bump stops seems like they be alot nicer than a taller rubber stop

Although after recent discussion in here, I'm not sure I'm cool enough or wheel nearly enough to need those fancy shocks....

Oh, and for the sake of the thread. I've been too busy wheeling to do anything to my truck, so here's an obligatory picture from yesterday's trip:

Yeah popped the boot made sure it wasn't just a tie rod end. With the boot off you can clearly see rack itself moving up and down. Like Panda said has to be an internal guide that failed.

Troof. I blew up the first set of 5100s that were originally recommended with the standards just going in/out of my driveway(granted it's steep as shit and when entering/exiting at an angle I could almost stuff one wheel and droop the other). Then I measured what I needed and the 9.25" fit the bill. The all pro standards are super flexy and really require you to measure travel before selecting a shock.

My sloppy flux core welds get me by. My mastercraft welder was pretty much at its limit welding that 1/4" steel. 4AC54AE3-76B4-4CD9-9114-F2EE1C0B2B39_zps_aef73c0d673368783f2019e05645d2314f301909.jpg

    Reserected from the dead.
Should have welded a 1/4" nipple on it and made it an air reservoir.

That what I was thinking. i planned on getting a air horn kit and hooking it up with the little tank it comes with for more capacity.
