    Ended up getting 425!

Started out warming up 135 and 225. Did 315x2 385x1 405x1 then hit 425. Pretty stoked. My buddy got a video but it's only the beginning of it when I'm going back up halfway. Was the longest 5 seconds of my life haha. Video is posted under @jneal14 on Instagram

Tomorrow is bench and I'm hoping for 350~

You ever do any overload training? Probably a better word for it, but sometimes when I want to hit a certain number I will un-rack 50lbs or so more and just hold it there to get used to it. Then when I jump back down I am mentally like "oh, this is light as f*ck"

Just an idea. It has helped me pushed through some mental sticking points on squat and bench.

Try holding a heavy front squat rack position and hold for 30 secs to a minute and tell me your abs arent of fire.

Haven't tried that but I get what you're saying. I did 225x15 after it and it felt so light. This was my first time maxing on squat and only the 3rd week of doing regular squats in months. Before I was doing front squats for a few months which worked pretty well. I'm setting a goal to get to 500lb squat by next summer/winter.

500lb squat would be impressive. What are you pulling?

    I pulled a sack.

I was doing good today. eggs for breakfast. Made some deer sausage that I took and made a wrap out of for lunch. Big ass steak and taters for dinner (maybe a beer or 2). Then my buddy says "I think I want a blizzard". So we went and I got a Reese's blizzard. Fuck.

Yea I set it a little high but I think 75lbs in a year a half is achievable. Dead lift isn't very strong, last time I did it I pulled 455. Haven't dead lifted much in the past few months so I doubt it will be much different.

I do that with flat bench when I hit a wall. I got stuck at 300 for like a month straight and one of the old school guys at my gym told me to put 335 on there and just do a few negatives with it for a few weeks and I did (of course, I couldn't get it off my chest). About 4 weeks later, I threw 315 up like it was nothing! That shit works.

lol...I did so good this weekend, but yesterday was a cluster fuck. That McDouble was so damn good, though. I did adjust my macros to at leat get my numbers back to maitenance, though, so it was somewhat controlled lol

x2. We were at the pool Sunday and everyone was talking about how lean I'm getting and then I went and fucked that up yesterday lol. I'm still 8 weeks out from the wedding, so I've got time to get back on track and see good results, but I think, once I started seeing good results, I was like, "okay, I can take it easy now", which isn't the case. I gotta get back on the horse!

Pretty good stuff, but if we all actually listen to him, what the hell will we argue about in this thread?!

Cool story bro, watch out guys, we're dealing a bad ass here.

    Or just a common troll.

Aren't you the guy that brags about 8-9 hours of fasted cardio a day, getting off work, working out then eating fast food everyday? Now you're drinking 2 liters of egg whites a day and eating four times a day as well....dat furniture moving must be lucrative.

Oh and nice back acne bro, how long ya been on the sauce?

GTFO of here with your BS.

Do most of yall that eat boiled eggs eat the whole egg with yolk or do you eat like say 4 egg whites and eat 2 of them with the yolks? I normally eat atleast 2 whole eggs but I did eat a third one but without the yolk.

Also, I think zach said this earlier that one of the reasons to take bcaa's is if you train fasted. How long going without food is considered fasting? If I go to the gym after work around 3:30-4:00pm and workout for 45 minutes or so. The last time I eat is lunch and then I won't eat again until supper which is normally around 5:30-6:00.
