Looks like yours was damaged prior to the failure based on the rust showing on one of the ears. I don't see why a perfectly good new yolk would give you any sort of trouble.

It's my buddies truck. Well built, and solid. Toss a windshield in and drive it to and from the desert. I'd rock it

My LT kit came in today :yay:

So how do the tie rod ends (inner and outer) handle the added droop? Do y'all eat thru them pretty fast?

I have about 5k miles on my outers since LT and zero problems, I'm running heim inner though. This is on top of 50k miles of regular suspension.

Up at shop stripping cab, went to move the truck and she is spitting excessive water out exhaust :( 1st gen 3.4l since the rollover she drove fine the four five times I drove her up and down the street, and the many times I would warm it up in garage, let it run for 20-30 with some good revs.... Now start it up and seems to run fine, sounds fine but when I rev it, it spits water out the exhaust. Not just a lil bit but a good amount. Head gasket, head? Wasn't overheated that I know of. It's been at shop for two weeks and has been move in and out daily.

Suggestions, thoughts, tips anything helps at this point

I think my truck hates me now :pout:

Probably condensation from the rain, is it water or coolant? You could do a compression test

Hey guys, need your opinion. So I'm pricing out my Lt rear end. Thinking of the normal f67s, 12" TC shackles, ruff stuff flip kit, 16" bypass kings and a cage in the rear. Right now I'm thinking of getting the shocks and bed cage sorted out and run that till I can have the truck out of commission in December to get it sprung under. Would it be stupid to run 16" bypasses and a cage till I can finish the rest? Or just do it all at once. If it wasn't for work and school I could do it all at once lol

Do it all at once. You have to cycle the spring pack for your shock mounts anyway.
Also I'd suggest something different than f67's unless you only want a few inches of uptravel.

Yea that is true huh. What would you suggest other than f67s? I read another place about like giant 64s or national springs?

Something based on the Deaver E30. Custom packs are the way to go IMO. Only way you can get a spring rate for the weight you carry.
    Fuck Giant.
