tacoma vs. drive-thru

i took off the black feder flares off to paint them about 5 months ago. i broke almost all the clips in the process and had to buy them new. it took me a little while to get all four off, preped, painted and reinstalled. wife took the truck through the drive-thru and this is the result. you cant really tell but i know its there...

Well on the positive side, you know how to fix it.

 

I dont know what it worst that or having your drivers seat burned with a cig??? Thats what my ex did to my truck!!!

 

Feder flares are made for off roading correct?

sucks.. i know how frustrating that stuff can be. .. i painted some parts on my bike and when we took it to FL in my buddies truck one time he scratched the shit out of it when he loaded his suitcase in the bed of the truck..

my wife did something simialr in my old truck. i was on the phone with her and she decided to rack the side of my turck down the bumper of an avalanche. she hit it, turning down a parking lot lane, right at the front of the bed and just powered through. nice long dent and broken fender flare. i wasn't too happy with her.

Sorry to hear about your damage man...I'm sure she didn't mean to do it.

 

umm, why not just Mask off the truck.
Then rsand and redo the paint.
You do not have to remove it for this issue....
This is why using a standard black is best, it is easy to cover backup.

make the wife help.
