I usually throw some green string beans in the microwave and call it a day...it's like pulled chicken and you only need a fork

Part of what I'll eat in tomorrow. Not counting the baked sweet patato, which baked while I was outside getting a sunburn today, total elapsed prep time was < 30 minutes. I made 3 of each of the containers in the pic.

 

Yea, I have a gallon of cake batter flavored ones at my house. You know how expensive that stuff is?! And to drink 2 liters of it a day, you're spending over 500 bucks a month alone on it.

60 liters a month equals 15 gallons, website sells 2 gallons for 75.50....you do the math.

 

Raw is the only way to go imo,

Nice, good luck with the academy, bro. I just passed my written exam for a local agency here in Honolulu. Now it's just a waiting game until i actually start the application process. Hope everything goes well for me. Im excited but nervous at the same time.

 

Had a nice leg day yesterday. So, I noticed with the BPI pre-workout, it doesn't give you as much energy, but the focus is good. I was really in the zone yesterday, but I didn't feel like kicking holes in the wall like I do with MP Assault.

Also, there's this guy I see in the gym from time to time who's a douche. He's one of the typical dudes who ONLY does arms...this dude doesn't even do chest...just bi's and tri's, baby! And he has to strike up conversation with everyone about how he's a bouncer at a night club. Well, yesterday I saw him doing triceps pushdowns and, afterwards, he proceeded to put his fucking sunglasses on. I couldn't believe it...dude finished his workout walking around thinking he was the fucking Terminator or something...it was ridiculous. I wish I could've gotten a picture.

Squats: 135x10, 225x12, 315x2, 225x8, 135x10
Deadlifts: 135x10, 225x10, 315x5, 225x8, 135x10 (was gonna try to max out, but I felt my back starting to round, so I stopped and went back down)
leg extensions: 2 sets of 8, 12 @ 60 lbs, 50 lbs per leg
lying leg curls: 2 sets of 10, 15 @ 45 lbs, 35 lbs per leg

You never really know what motivates people man. There's a story behind him wanting people to know/think he's a bouncer and the sunglasses in the gym while cruising but, who knows & really who wants to know. He's saying something...it's the same with some dudes where I work & even here on TW.

 

Just bought my books for my summer reading list for my 1st year of law school...not even my books for the semester...just the summer reading books....I'm also thinking about opening a gofundme lol...I just got raped
