If we're lucky, it was just Camrys and Tundras.

Correct plural is Prii, and it's a damn good car. I want to hate it, but it works so well it's hard not to like. Just don't open the windows when moving faster than 35, or the aerodynamics will suck all of the air out of the car.

Most of us have to live somewhere...I am by no means a financial wizard, but always thought it is better to pay yourself than someone else...and now being a landlord...it is better to have someone pay you. ;)

Yea its nice that now that I've owned my home for 20 years the payment is about a 1/2 of what the rent would be. I know it should be payed off by now but refinance cash was too tempting. (besides most of the cash went into upgrades so the value went up). My wifes old place is positive income as well. Debt free is the way and ownership is the only way to that means. So in 7-8 years my toughest decision will be should I surf or play golf today? J/K We have two daughters so that adds complications. But hey us landlord need renters so don't make a big deal of this. 2017 Taco in 3-4 years for me? maybe Okay I'm shutting up now. Cheers

no not everything in life will make you money, but it is awfully nice to make some money while you're still alive so you can enjoy life.... :D

also don't want to have to resort to eating dog food when I retire. ;)

ha ha, yeah that is totally ghey...

that goes to what I was alluding to usafwx, a new tacoma isn't going to do anything that much different than his '15...why waste/loose money on buying a '16?

his '15 will go 300,000+ miles if he treats it right.

sure I get the want see...but a new truck is new until you drive it off the lot. and when I think what else I could spend money, rather than buying a new truck...i tend to pass. I am due for new one...and I can afford it, just don't know if I want to afford it, if you know what I mean.

I kinda wish they'd just put a 4runner front clip on it and be done.

The 4Runner decepticon look is sweet but I'm not sure how it would look with a box behind it instead of an SUV.

Headlights are almost the same in a lot of ways, no?

The grill is sweet on the 2015 4Runner but I think it's mostly because it goes with the new angular 4Runner body so well. If it was on a Tacoma I'm not so sure.

It'd be funny if the 2017 TRD Pro Tacoma got the 4Runner grill :D
