    Nah, I just dont want to spend a whole day installing that and mess something up. I need to buy a junker commuter and learn to rebuild engines on that. Then ill start doing big engine work on my baby lol

    Maybe if i had a whole weekend to do it...but we're still working alot until August and then im leaving to come to SoCal and want the trucks performance stuff all worked out by then

    Also, just heard back from URD, the Y Pipe comes with a prewelded bung, so my AFR will be just barely off with the shorty headers, but im ok with that

    Once again I have a question for those who know............can i install a oil catch can with my supercharger setup?? I'm sure this may sound like a dumb question but I don't believe I've seen anyone with one that that has a blower.

    Just no. -1 TW credibility point. ;) You can never get out of that place, it is like a giant mouse maze to force you to look at everything.

    It is never quite the same after being reassembled, assuming it hasn't already stripped or fallen apart.

    Back to the regularly scheduled program. :)

    Well yes after your reassemble and disassemble, rinse and repeat you slowly but surely compromise the integrity of the fastening systems as the walls become slowly bored out from repeat in and out twisting motions. (Waiting for a that's what she said from you @VolcomTacoma2011 :D )

    Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
    Extra hose thing is BS.. I installed everything myself on my 2015 6spd with a a supercharger and fit kit purchased with my 2012 Vin (dealer only had a "2012-13") the fit kit is the same.. my guess would be they messed up cutting one of the hoses, there are like 10 cuts to make. And had to wait kn a replacement at their cost, easier to say hey we need more parts than hey we made a boo boo and now you have to wait.

    The install looks good though! Its worth the wait.

    And the problem with saving the stock parts is that in order to convert it back to non supercharged in the future you will have to replace a few hoses, and replace the computer (Toyota "cant" reflash the OEM tune back) and with the supercharger tune you can not run the original injectors.

    You can actually run the vehicle without the supercharger belt on and it'll run just fine if you have to. There is a bypass built into the blower that allows you to do so. I actually read in some thread a while back that a guy threw his stock intake back and everything for some reason and his truck ran just fine.

    No need to swap the ECU after it has been refreshed. "Going back to stock," only require one important point. Leave the TRD injectors installed. That is it, and it will work like normal. :thumbsup:
