    Best thing to do would be to take a torch and burn the bushing out but that's just my opinion @slcsez2000
    My front ones where seized I used an air hammer to get the passenger side out and it just crushed the driver side when I tried so I cut it out with a saw zaw and put the lower control arm in a vice then used a hack saw blade to cut a little section of it out so that I could bend it enough to get it lose so I could hammer it out with a punch and when everything went back together I anti seized the living piss out of it @ckeene9
