image.jpg Hey guys I'm new and this is actually my first post! I have a 2009 tacoma long bed sport that currently sits on a 6 inch pro comp lift and 35s. Really want that stance and am thinking about going for some 20x12's and some 33's! I love the look but not sure if there's anything special I need to get or do to my truck to fit these wheels and tires. I've seen it before plenty of times but no ones really interested in sharing how they did it plus I've definitely have done my research and searched the crap outa these forums so I'm coming up empty handed! Oh and by the way it's also a 4x4! Thanks again for any input guys! And here's a kinda crappy picture of how she sits now!

That's crazy there's quite a few people who run that! Hawaiis got people who run 22x14! I think that's a little to big for me though haha.

Yeah, but he just wants to know how to fit them.

Would like to see this one answered instead of shunned for his mods.

A wheel that big weighs a lot. Why not a smaller diameter. Will destroy ride and braking and accelerating. Actually trying to help.

Due to the large amount of negative offset you will probably have to trim a little more a
Than if you were running 285's on a 3" lift. I have seen plenty of people with this setup. Even saw a guy on 24x16's once.

Okay so a buddy of mine is into the Wide rims on his tacoma also.. He has 20x12 Fuel Hostages with -44 offset and is running 305/55r20 Trail Grapplers on a 6" Fabtech. Its not my personal style but he likes it and it gets plenty of attention. He had to trim a small bit of his inner fender but thats really easy and not worth worrying about.

They actually don't weigh as much as you'd think. Everyone that has them says the rides the same
that guys wrong. He has 20x14's and 9 inches of lift. Not 20x12's. And I've seen that thread already :( haha

Awesome! Does your friend have an account or anything? I'd love to talk to him about it! That's literally the exact setup I'm planning for!
