I fucked up my lower back twice...one time it took about 3 weeks before I could but weight at it again (it sucked)

It's all fun and games - this forum is 60% trolls (which I find entertaining)
Now please sit back, relax and enjoy this bathroom selfie of my non-jerkoff arm

Leg day today after work. I got burnt last weekend from fishing and it's turned into a nice tan...pretty sure it added a sold 15 lbs of muscle lol. My fiancee told me last night that she could notice my abs are starting to pop out...FINALLY. Everything has been getting lean, except for my abs. No more cheating at all (lol).

for some reason the picture is flipped...that's actually the left arm (but they are both the same)

nothing, I eat, train, sleep, repeat

I train ~5 times a week, don't count calories and try to eat lots and lots of protein and avoid carbs (especially in form of sugar) not really a program I guess

    taking the picture :notsure:

Yeah, I wish I could lay in the tanning bed, but I don't want to get made fun of or get skin cancer. I try to catch as many rays on the weekends as I can #noshirtsquad

My laundry load decreases from the months of May-Sept. by at least 50%. I think my shirts collect dust until I need them in the fall. Aside from underwear, the only thing that gets worn everyday is a pair of gym shorts and a sleeveless shirt, but I can usually get through the week of working out with only 2 different outfits for the gym. After 2 workouts they are pretty questionable on 'cleanliness'...I start feeling bad for the people around me

I moved to my new house in January and still haven't met all my neighbors yet so everytime I meet someone new they always say 'oh you are that shirtless guy in the culdesac.' from when they have seen me doing yard work or walking my dog, shirtless obv...

Having a beach house to go to every weekend doesn't hurt either. By far the darkest 'tan' this year than I have had before.

Not looking forward to winter when I go back to casper status

Haha well, I've been doing a slow cut off-and-on since January, but I didn't really start buckling down until April-May. I've had a 6 pack before, but the past few years, I've been dirty bulking, so I'd throw on a lot of muscle, but it came with a lot of fat, as well. I decided to change my goals from trying to get super strong in the winter and lean up in the summer to staying lean year-round. Right now, I'm in the leaning out phase, where I'm trying to get as lean as possible. After I get to where I want to be (I'm predicting mid-Sept...coincidentally, the same time as my wedding), I'm going to go on a forever lean bulk with the goal of adding 2-3 lbs of lean mass per month with minimal fat gains, so I'll stay relatively lean year round. Doing this will eliminate having to go on crazy cuts each year. The plan is, if I have a trip to the beach or something like that coming up, I can do a quick 6-7 week cut and be done with it, compared to the shit I'm doing right now (and have done in years past) where I cut extremely slowly in order to preserve as much muscle as possible. I think it's a solid plan, but that first initial cut just ass...Only like a month and a half to go, though. I'm at 11-13% bf right now and I plan to be at around 8-10% mid-Sept.

I get like 2-3h of sun a week, that's about it. When I was living in NC it was a little more but now the only time I do is when I lay at the pool Saturday and Sunday morning.

Dang - I get that at least in a day. The only exception to having to be shirted is when I'm on the golf course. I need one of those with no "gentleman" rules...

After being in an office 40 hrs a week, I try to stay outside as much as possible on the weekends....although, some Sunday's are spent in bed all day due to hangovers :anonymous:. I'm definitely a more outdoorsy type (fishing, hunting, gardening, anything), so I enjoy outside over inside...I'm also the lazy type, so I like my desk job lol. I cut grass, roofed houses, worked on boats and all that bullshit in high school and college in the GA heat and I have no plans on doing that shit again haha.

Fortunately, I tan very easily, thanks to some Native American blood from my dad's side. I usually stay burnt for a couple days, then it turns golden brown. Got them aesthetic genes.
