In seven years of doing business with quadratec I have received unfailing good service. It looks like a bad return got restocked! I use them to maintain several Jeep JK Wranglers, a 08 Sahara and a 08
    rubicon.

Give them a chance to make it right.

You would not had stripped the studs, you only would had further stripped the nuts if you threw it all on without observing first. I have used quadratec before for ordering stuff for my buddies when building their heeps. Like another said, give them a chance to make it right. Sorry this happened to you OP.

Well put - people should start picking up a phone to call a seller/company before hopping on their keyboards.

Everyone is missing the point. They advertise new and shipped used. If no one is check parts before they are put back on the shelf, do you really want to continue doing business with them? That's a huge gamble especially with wheel spacers.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I think your over reacting just a little I'm sure it wasn't done intentionally. Hell we have had customers return items that they said were never opened and come to find out they had opened them and installed them and the box looked untouched.

I say try and contact them about the issue again and if they won't replace and I'm sure they will then raise hell here.

Ive dealt with them plenty of times, and never had an issue. When I was sent a defective part, they sent a new one out promptly, and paid to ship the old one back.

    Too few to list.
I've used Quadratec before as well with no issues.
