I use ON.... My flavor is chocolate mint. Or the hydro whey vanilla mmmmm. I make a PB&J smoothie with it. Delicious!

I really wish ON didn't change their original Pro Complex formula :(

I used to love the Chocolate flavor

It was a little tight this morning. It's been OK today though. Started tightening up as I was sawing some trees. But, I've been busy all day so maybe it helped some?

Good deal man. Maybe it's not severe.

Must check out Fit Bit...not familiar tho have heard of it.

I used a step counter for a while and generally did about 12,000 (21k is an ass load) steps on a work day...leaving the work truck at the shack and walking my gates. WAY more walking than the other cats at work. I've kinda moved it to jogging between gates to get the heart rate up...gets some odd looks but who gives a shit.....

You all were talking about belts earlier. The only reason I have one is because I found it at a second hand shop for like 10 bucks, I used it for every squat and every dead lift for about three months and it made a big difference in my core strength. It's really all about how you use it though. It your not pushing against it when you lift its not doing a damned thing. I have a bad back and it helps me get stronger thus protecting my shitty back.

Side note, any body work a really physically demanding job like construction? I'm a ship fitter and a welder. I started with a new company and in the last year I worked right around 9 months of 7 12's and it just about killed me as far as my body composition. Busting my ass for 12 hours a day has ruined all my previous gains. Not that they were very impressive before. But I lost something like 50 pounds on my dead, 30 on bench, 80 on my squats. Lost 15 pounds of body weight and turned into a fat sack of crap. :( I guess the moral of the story is that counting macros is always super important, even when you're a zombie.
Right now I'm working my way back up. But man does it suck.

My work out today was a "push" workout. Previously I only did the the basic strong lifts protocol with no accessory work.
    Today
    Bench 5x5
    Squats 5x5
    Hanging leg raises 5x5
    Shoulder press 5x8
    Tricep extensions 5x5
I also went on a 3 mile walk with the dog and kids and rode my stationary bike for 20 minutes.

I only use mine when maxing out on squats or dl's. I can't help but to break form when pulling super heavy. That belt keeps me from visiting snap city.

I think all that hydro whey and isolate is a waste of money. I like good ol cheap ON whey

My daily steps is like 8000 lol

Do I look like Arnold yet?

I think Arnold has done an amazing job at achieving his goal & understand he's won plenty of trophies.

Personally, I think the Vitruvian Man proportions are better.
