Thinking about color match grill

I want to color match my grill to my spruce mica Tacoma. What's the best route to take: buy the paint and do it myself with rattle cans, try to buy one, have it sprayed at auto body shop?

 

I just bought one from camelback Toyota. I think it was $186.

 

Is that including shipping MLW?

 

Yup.......camelback is the way to go!! Best price for sure, itl match for sure, easy swap .....for sure.
I thought it was just the plastic surround and no insert. I was pleasantly surprised to open the box and see the whole thing.

Looks awesome this is exactly what I want to do color match grill and blacked out emblem. Did you spray paint the emblem if so with what kind?

That Pelfreybilt aluminum bumper is exactly how I want to go as well, it just looks so epic, especially in white/storm trooper. Now I just need to sell an organ or something to get one, that and the All-Pro dual $wing out rear bumper!

 

Yeah, the bumper is pretty expensive but... you definitely get what you pay for. For our trucks I "personally" don't think there is a better bumper out there. And Pelfreybilt's customer service is top notch.

 

Is partsgeek.com worth it?

 

Below I copied another thread where another member asked a very similar question, and I talked a little bit about when I did the paint myself to color match my grille. Certainly doable if you have some time and patience. Notably cheaper as well.
