Yeah I've also been. I'm l9oking at a uniden 505xl. I can get the whole set up for under 90 brand new shipped to my door so I really don't want to pay 100 for used ya know!

That's the kind I have. Put the box in the centre console, just popped off the cup holder insert and dropped it in. Don't know it that would work for an auto though.

Can I swap in new front coils and shocks in less than 4 hours?

I want to think you can. Your truck is clean and you have access to stuff at the cfb garage like a spring compressor.

Good to know if i ever get 887s

On a side note, i was thinking of looking at one of my sunglasses holders in the overhead compartments, is that CB small enough to fit in there without the mic hooked up?

I bet the uniden one could be cut up and fit up there. There's a review of it that gives you all the dimensions.

You're lifted aren't you? Our frame height would be about the same. We got a low 4runner through, took some negotiation but no damage was done!

Ah completely stock? I probably wouldn't do it. If he's really experienced and doesn't mind some damage he might be okay. Buy those were some tough trails
