Pismo Beach Summer Camping/ Wheeling trip August 13-16

Actually, it's not. This is just a wheeling/ camping trip. I believe the Jamboree already went down or will be this month.

 

Bump for a funny video of me stuck in a dune there. The one I mentioned previously where it was 4 of us stuck in there at once.

Weekly bump.

 

Put me down as a maybe! I won't be wheeling too much but I love camping and should have my RTT by then. I'll be itching to test it out.

 

Damn I got a lot to do before this trip happens just so I could get out there and have my fun! 3 years of beating up on this truck has finally caught up to me. I think I have at least 6 relatively large items to check off the list all to be done beforehand. Today it was 7, but I took one off the list.

Sunday morning bump. Late night bump, but just to move it on up the list again nonetheless.

 

Friday afternoon bump. This is trip is approaching and I want to try and close in on the maybe's and turn them into to definitely's.

 

Sorry I'm still a maybe. I have one of those jobs that you won't know you're off until the evening before or you show up to work and no one is there

 

I hear ya man. I am in the same boat as you so I hd to put in the time off request months ago in order to be guaranteed the time off. I strongly dislike these kind of bs jobs.

 

I would request time off but Ive been getting weekends off lately and I just came back from a 2 week vacation.

 

Oh so now the truth comes out about how you were irresponsible about putting in for time off and now you appear to be in a particular possible pinch.

Shoot, same here, but the work needed to make it good to go is starting to dwindle. I already did my tie rods and all 4 tires, all thats left is the battery relocate, IFS skid reinstall and spindles install. Are you going @LTDSC ?!

 

still a maybe. work is no problem. But needing to see what she has me planned to do. And then check funds for hotel cause im too damn old for beach.

I probably need to get one with all the wheeling I do with you guys. It would be better to get a hold of you guys that way. For now my funds are all aimed towards making sure the wheels on my truck doesn't fall apart while I'm out there! Lol.
