Shady as hell. If it was her fault, you shouldn't have to do anything and her insurance should be talking with yours. Sounds to me like she doesn't have it, may have a card but it is lapsed. Happened to me before. Guy rear ended me, exchanged info, it was lapsed. So my insurance company took care of it (I had USAA haha) and the guy that hit me was eventually arrested. The cops considered it a hit and run and no insurance.

Happened to me also. Whenever something happens, I call the police and wait for them to arrive. Even if they don't take a report, they usually check the insurances and driver licenses. I always have an affirmative answer when the insurance company asks "Were the police called".

Ditto I always request a police report, it saves your ass more times than not. Like with this case without one it could be a he said she said game but the police showed up and we both had the same story. Plus her mirror was in my lane still lol.

She went to go around a tractor trailer and changed lanes, I assume only using the mirrors (As she claimed I was in her blind spot) and merged over into the side of my truck with her mirror.

This. I've learned to do the same. Didn't once, almost cost me a lot of money because their shit was fake, but I have good insurance.

I was only eligible because of my ex. We split up, which means I was no longer allowed to use them. Makes me sad because they were incredible. Their rates were half what I pay for insurance and loans.

That'd be great! I've got some plans down the road for some mech mods. I can change the oil, brakes, lights, tires, simple stuff like that so and I'd prefer to do the work myself to learn about the truck. Count me in for the next one.

I'd be down too. Just finished putting the lift on my truck. Kind of tough doing it in the city in a back ally but I think it turned out well. 78f6cc5121055eed52981a3aba414b04_73491d140be1302237e8a815be2db46016990f64.jpg
