My senior trip was awesome! Buutttt we didnt go to Big Bend. :pout:
10 hours before we were going to leave one of my buddies bailed, leaving three of us left. We decided that the cost was too high to go to big bend and so we made a new plan that night and left on time the next mornin bound for the ouachita national forest in Arkansas. We camped at Shady Lake and visited all the local swimming holes. The trip wasnt what was planned but it was a ton of fun

We went the week you planned. If you did not have AC you made a good choice. Down in the valley by the river we were marking 109 degrees. It was hot inside the cab with ac on full blast. Heading back in Oct. Love the place. Funny thing our original plans was where you ended up going. Where's the pics?
