man, this is awesome. Thanks for speaking up. That is EXACTLY what i was looking for. 887s it is. You look pretty dang level with the 887, and don't have the weight I will. So that is perfect for me.

    Thanks bud.

I'm really torn with what to do with my 1/4" top plate spacers. Install both? Just the left side? Neither? I don't want to be replacing cv boots every other weekend, but I want a 3" lift at minimum.

My build is 887s with 5100s set at 0 w/ driver side 1/4" top plate spacer for lean, and LR UCA. Full Dakar in rear. Didn't sag too terribly bad with the weight of the shell or the front bumper..

Awesome. Looks like you have about a 1" rake. So with an AAL in the rear instead of Dakars, should sit pretty level.

Yea, with out the shell it's close to .75-1" difference.. With the shell i think we lost .5". The shell weighs about 200ish lbs.
    Heres a little flex..

I'm kind of surprised how well it levels it out so well from what others are saying with the 885s doing it adequately. This is a good thread. Keep the pics coming. I've seen a lot of questions about this topic lately regarding aal and 885 va 887 to level out.

It's the 1.5" AAL that comes in the OME/Bilstein bundled kit from headstrong offroad.

I just measured my truck for shits and giggles..my rear is at 24" hub to fender and the front is a bit over 23.5" that's about 2 months (maybe 1500 miles) after install. To me it looks like the front settled a bit. There is definitely more rake than when it was first installed, it seemed perfectly level then. I absolutely love the stance now. Pics don't do it justice.

I know this thread has been dead lately but I've had OME 887s mounted on 90021 shocks since early July. Do note that I had previously had 884s mounted on the same shocks. But after adding 887s to the front I only had about 2" of lift. Far from the advertised 2.75"-3" that many have gotten. I don't know why this is, but just throwing that out there

It sounds like you got the wrong sprigs or the ones you have are defective. :(

Yeah the tag on them definitely said 887 sadly, lol I wish they were a different coil because at least that way I know they're not defective. It's okay though because 886s with brand new 90000 shocks are going on Wednesday. I considered going Icon 2.5s but figured I'd just try and fix the problem and not go overboard. If for some crazy reason I don't get 3" after the 886s then I'm just gonna say screw and go Icon lol

886s only give 2.5"...right? Thought they were the same length as 885s just stiffer.

886's are taller and a stiffer spring rate than 885's

Started at 20.5" stock in the front both sides, and after the 887s I measured out about 23" Front Passenger, and 22.5" Front Driver (with the trim packer). After adding sliders it dropped slightly more.
