Tested an ebay dash cam and i gotta say, for $26 bucks, it does the job. Will be hardwiring it in this weekend for a cleaner look.

How well do you think it is going to hold up? I'd love to do this, just wondering about durability.

Changed my front brakes on the Taco, went with the TRD pad and a new set of Oem rotors. Pads have more bite to them but man are they putting the dust out!

Also picked up a new 14' Silverado W/T, now my Taco can take a breather from work duties, also means more mods soon.

Saw and sat in a 2015 4Runner trail premium. Needless to say....I was really tempted. Definitely has the extra spunk the Tacoma lacks

I read somewhere that they "expect the customers will use common sense when loading the racks with weight" or something like that. Normally they say the max weight is _______. I'll check out the info. Thanks.

They are not, but they are freakin' loud!

From his pic it reminded me of my Baja Claws which were directional. This pic shows inside and out on both sides. My Trail Grapplers are the same way. Annoys the shit out of my OCD.

I'm up in the air kind of. At least in TX I can get away with a properly stored firearm. If something were to "go down" you are held more responsible as a CHL holder as opposed to someone whose not. You have training and should apply it?

It all depends on state and local laws. In florida, before I had my CWP, I could not carry on me, but I could carry in the truck, so long as there were at least two steps required to get to the weapon. According to the sheriff here, If something were to happen, that required me to use my weapon, as long as I was within the laws, and used my weapon for self defense, or the defense of others, then I would be good to go.

Having your CWP here on florida just allows me to carry on my person and in the truck without requiring multiple steps to ready my weapon.

I am Active Duty, so according to the state of Florida, I did not require any training to get my CWP, because I have military weapons training. BUT... I am an NRA certified instructor, and can tell you that the majority of military guys do not know how to properly handle a concealed weapon. The training is great, and I highly reccomened it for anyone, even if you don't end up carrying, lots of great info

I'm not new to firearms and respect them almost to a fault. That said I don't give two shits if I'm carrying legally or not if I can prevent tragedy then I'm ok with a jury judging me. I was raised and have been shooting since I was 4 years old.
