I feel like shit when I'm starving and don't eat enough saturated fat for some reason

I sit 90% of my 9+h at work, so I need the exercise to keep sane. Don't cut anything out, replace it with lots and lots of good stuff.

 

So, are you trying to look muscular or do you just wanna be a skinny kid with abs? Are you doing any weight training? I'm confused.

More ab exercises =/= abs

This doesn't have to be complicated. Get out there and move your arse and lift heavy shit. You already know generally what is bad for you to eat and what isnt. Dont eat what you think is bad for you. Do this for a year then you can start worrying about all the other crap. You shouldnt have to isolate abs as a specific exercise if you are moving in all planes.

I can literally still make progress eating fast food every day as long as I am putting in the work. Will it make it more difficult when compared to a clean and balanced diet, YES. But without putting in time under the bar or running sprints or whatever......all the other chit doesnt need to be talked about. You know what needs to be done. Do it.
